If your item is available from our France, Germany or UK warehouse, the Local Warehouse option will appear automatically at checkout — priced identically to Express, but arriving in just 4–9 business days. Whenever it appears, it is always the best choice for speed and value.

International order — recommended for

Under 100 kg

⚡ International Express

This is where Express offers its best value. The premium over Standard is modest — £39–£78 for France and Germany, and as little as £52–£86 for the UK (where the 80–100 kg bracket is identically priced). For that small difference, your order arrives approximately 4–5 weeks sooner. An easy choice for chairs, accessories, or compact desk setups.

International order — recommended for

100–160 kg

Weigh up your deadline

The Express premium grows to £69–£172 depending on country and weight. It remains manageable, but the right choice depends on your schedule. If you have an office opening or a firm project handover date, Express offers valuable certainty. If your timeline has flexibility, Standard saves you a meaningful amount without any reduction in quality or care.

160 kg and Above

📦 International Standard

At 160 kg, the Express premium jumps sharply. In France, it leaps from £91 to over £129 in this bracket alone — and continues rising to £1118–£1462 at the top end across all three markets. Unless you have an absolutely unmovable deadline, Standard is the clear and financially sensible choice. Same careful palletised handling, simply a longer transit window.

Packaging & Delivery Method

Orders fulfilled from our local warehouses are typically split into multiple packages to protect individual components in transit — these may arrive across different delivery attempts. International orders are consolidated and shipped on pallets for safe long-distance handling.

Remote Area Surcharge

If your shipping address is classified as a "Remote Area" by our carriers (islands, highland regions, etc.), we may contact you for a supplementary shipping fee before dispatch.

Kerbside Delivery Standard

Our standard service is Kerbside Delivery. The courier will deliver to the building entrance. Professional indoor placement and assembly requires a White-Glove service booking.

🇫🇷 France — Areas Outside Standard Coverage

Our standard delivery network covers the vast majority of mainland France. However, the following territories and postal code ranges are currently outside our standard logistics arrangement. If your address falls within any of these areas, please don't worry — simply get in touch and we'll find a suitable solution for you.

When can I expect my delivery?

For stock items dispatched from our EU warehouses, Local Warehouse delivery typically takes 4–9 business days at the same cost as Express. For international shipments we offer ⚡ Express at approximately 22–30 business days or 📦 Standard at 34–43 business days. Bespoke custom products require an additional 15–25 business days for production on top of your chosen shipping tier.

Does ANZHAP deliver to the United Kingdom?

Yes. We now ship to the United Kingdom, with all rates displayed in GBP. Local warehouse delivery of 4–9 business days is available when stock is held locally at the same cost as Express. International Express and Standard options apply when items are shipped from overseas.

How can I track my furniture order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details from our logistics partners. You can monitor your delivery status in real time via our order tracking page.

Will the courier carry the furniture to my floor?

Standard delivery is Kerbside — to the ground floor entrance only. If your office is on an upper floor without a lift, the courier is only required to deliver to the ground floor. Please contact us if you require White-Glove placement and assembly service.

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If damage is found, take clear photographs and notify support@anzhap.eu within 7 days to initiate a claim. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can resolve the matter for you.

Why is my order arriving in separate shipments?

This depends on how your order is fulfilled. Local warehouse orders are typically split into multiple packages to protect each component during transit — these may arrive across different delivery slots. International orders are palletised before shipping and generally arrive together as a single consolidated delivery.
