Your quotation, approved drawing and written communication with ANZHAP define the product and service scope. This page does not replace those documents.

An order placed without a valid ANZHAP quotation may be placed on hold while our team verifies the payment.
Custom products are made to approved specifications and are non-returnable unless defective, damaged or inconsistent with the approved specification.
Requests to change or cancel a custom order must be submitted within 24 hours of payment. Changes may not be possible after drawing approval or production begins.
Production and delivery timelines begin from the milestone stated in your quotation, which may include receipt of payment and final drawing approval.
