Recommended Clearance

• Per person (table edge): 60–80 cm — the table edge width needed for each attendee's laptop, notepad and drinkware.
• Table to wall (chair movement): 90–120 cm (minimum) / 120–150 cm (recommended) — allows chairs to be pushed fully back, and lets colleagues pass behind seated attendees without turning sideways.
• Presentation end (screen/whiteboard wall): 150–180 cm — gives the presenter room to move about and remain clearly visible.

• ✓ Measure your room's length and width.
• ✓ Count the number of seats you intend to accommodate.
• ✓ Check door swing direction and screen/whiteboard wall placement.
• ✓ Confirm the delivery route, including doorways, staircases and lifts, if required.
